Childbirth Education

Private Course designed for expectant person and their support person

Course is divided into 2 sessions approximately 3 hours per session

Course Series Includes:

  • Anatomy
  • What to expect in late pregnancy and weeks leading up to labor
  • What to expect in early labor
  • What to expect during active labor and delivery
  • Demonstration of position changes
  • Explanation of pain management options
  • Hands on labor position review
  • Review of supportive roles for partner

$275 per couple (special pricing if purchased with Labor Doula Support)

Newborn Care Class

Private Course designed for expectant person and their support person

Course is one 3-4 hour session

Course Series Includes:

  • Parenting Philosophy
  • What to expect in the first 1-6 weeks of newborn life
  • How to lay the ground work for newborn routines
  • Recommended newborn products
  • AAP and ACOG newborn safety standards
  • Diapering/Swaddling/Feeding

$200 per couple (special pricing if purchased with Labor Doula Support)

Labor and Birth Doula

  • Free initial consultation
  • 1 Prenatal visit to discuss your expectations, desires, birth plan, roles of doula and partner, answer any questions you may have. (1-2 hours)
  • Phone and email access to discuss questions and concerns or simply to chat about your pregnancy experience.
  • Face to face support during labor, delivery, and early postpartum, whether laboring at home, at a birth center, or in the hospital.
  • Directly following the birth of your baby, receive personalized assistance for you and your partner, and support with beginning of breastfeeding/chestfeeding, if you choose.
  • 1 postpartum meeting to discuss your birth experience, questions you may have regarding your labor, and support with newborn care. (1-2 hours)

$1600 (customizable packages available)

Postpartum Doula

You have a baby.  Now what!?  We provide education, care, and support for families and newborns once they are settled at home.  

This includes: breastfeeding/chestfeeding support, bottle feeding, sleep scheduling, childcare for older siblings, meal prep, laundry, light household chores, time for parents to take a long bath, shower, or a NAP!, and general parent/newborn troubleshooting with whatever challenges may arise. 

Postpartum Sessions:

  • Daytime, Evening, or Overnight: $55/hr; customizable packages available
  • Popular Postpartum Shifts:
    • Daytime 9am-2pm
    • Late evening 5pm-12am
    • Overnight: 9pm-5am
